Elizabeth Fraley and Heather Kanny won a jury verdict on behalf of a McLennan County neurosurgeon in the 170th Judicial District Court of McLennan County, Texas.  The jury returned its verdict on April 29, 2011.

DALLAS, Texas -- Caroline Block, Heather Kanny, Angela Clark and Kristi Freeman of Fraley & Fraley, L.L.P. competed in the American Lung Association’s Fight for Air Stair Climb (53 flights of stairs) in the Renaissance Tower Building.  Fraley & Fraley raised over $1,100 for the American Lung Association's annual fundraiser.
